Default Does the clutch switch affect fueling?

I'm talking about the upper switch that also deals with cruise control. Does it affect fueling or any other part of the tune? I ask because I pulled the switch apart and switched it so that it's open when the clutch is out. I changed my intake at the same time but the car went stupid lean on my first log so I was wondering if the switch may have something to do with it?

BTW I'm running in OLSD.

What intake and how lean? Obviously it have an effect on the DFCO if enabled, but I'm sure that's not what you're talking about.

No, it will not affect drivability in any way.

I just switched from a lid to a custom dual 4" ram air w/ no filter, it was in the high 15's at wot. DFCO is disabled but I also posted this on the HPT site and found that there may be a CFCO that I don't think I have access to. Either way, at this point I'm pretty sure it's a fuel system issue causing it to go that lean cause it's fine at part throttle yet goes very lean at WOT even after I tried to correct it. My latest log shows afr in the low 14's yet the injectors are maxed out.

Part throttle/high load stuff look ok? Or WOT low RPM? I can't imagine a intake setup adding 10+% more air that would cause you to be that much leaner over what you had. Or were the injectors maxed out before as well?

No the injectors were never maxed out, I don't think they ever even went above 85%. Everything looks good until I go WOT then it leans out as rpm raises. I don't think it's the intake either. I just finished rigging up a fuel pressure gauge so I'm about to go out and see what I've got at WOT, that should narrow things down a bit.

I just went for a test drive and the fuel pressure is dropping to 30psi at WOT in the higher rpms, so I've found my problem. Thanks for the help.

If the fuel pressure is ok at idle and part throttle but drops at WOT/high rpm wouldn't it be the pump? I don't see how the regulator would cause it, but the pump only has a few thousand miles on it.
