Flashing SES....

Flashing SES.... Ok the only thing that had been changed before this happened was going to true duals. My SES light started flashing the other night so I took it in to Auto Zone today to have them read it, all they came up with was 2 EGR codes and 4 Multiple misfire codes P0300 he said. Would a P0300 cause the SES to flash?? If so I know I've had misfire codes in the past because of the cam but the SES has never flahsed before. The car drives fine no problems at all. Any idea's????

the flashing ses is due to misfires - the system warns you that if not corrected it could damage the cats. Has the code or ses returned since you reset it?
