map sensor low voltage

does this mean i have a bad one or its not sealing well


and what would it cause the car to do

ie.. i feel i have a loss of power and a bad idle.



also have a code for a po650

but i think thats becasue i dont have a check engine light

my ecm is on a stand alone harness and it keeps throwing a code for my fan controls as i have the cyntech relay controling it.
