Default MAF Voltage

I am having a smoking problem at startup and when the vehicle is warmed up. I suspect that it may be due to bad MAF wiring. I've already swapped the MAF over to a known good one and it's doing the same thing. I measured the voltage at the MAF pigtails with the ignition in the ON position (engine not on). My readings are below. Can any members confirm with what I got?

I believe the red wire should read 12v. It looks low to me. Is the 11.12v adequate?

Is the .241v for the yellow wire correct for being at "ignition start". I believe it should be 5v, but is the 5v reading when the engine is turned on?

Checked the 20A Engine Sensor fuse and it looks fine.

I also noticed on my cluster that the voltage is reading low. This may be a grounding issue.

Check it with your ground probe on the battery negative. If it's got a bad ground, your voltage on both wires will be good with the negative probe on the battery neg.

Your ignition voltage on the pink wire is low, but o.k (min 11V). The yellow one should be at least 4.5V.
