systems not ready

Default systems not ready

Trying to get inspection and 3 systems are not ready-egr, catalyst, and o2 sensor heater are not ready after 120 miles.

Anyone have information to make these friggen systems ready?

Assuming that you have all of these sensors and emission systems in place the only thing you can do is to drive the car. The PCM has to see a certain set of conditions to run these monitors and without driving it they won't run. There are drive cycles that you can perform but usually driving the car a bit will run them without issues.

All you can do is drive it.
some cars only take a few miles, and some take a lot of driving,

you have to do the gm drive cycle and also it wont test the systems if you have a cooler thermostat installed. here ya go...

If they were improperly disabled through tuning they will never set ready.... just a possibility

You should hear the mechanics from New York City cry about trying to complete the GM drive cycle. They can't finish the drive cycle before they run into a traffic jam.

If they were smart they'd use a dyno.... but then again they might not have ASM testing out there.... CA is the best
