Any One Know If I already have a Jet Hot Module and want to do a Predator programer would I need to pull the Module off or could I leave on? I assume that I would need to pull it off but am unsure.

if your jet hot module is the same as on my ford, you would need to lose it. mine modifies the stock ecm signal. so any values that are changed with a programmer [predator] are still modified when they come out. that's assuming yours works the same way.
