Default obd-2 port not working

Does anyone know if there is a fuse for the obd-2 port. I went to turn my ses light off today with my code reader and it dosen't power up. It's supposed to power on as soon as you plug it in and it dosen't. It Sometimes throws a random missfire code about once a week so I know it was working a couple of weeks ago.

Thanks that is exactly what it was. I guess the fuse panel should say cig/obd instead if cig/accy. Easy fix I thought it might have been something worse.
