explanation for P0121?

What should my MAP be reading

Thats a good question. I really dont know, I was just asked on another site to log to see if there was a difference, none so far.

Mike, I hope this works. Mayby somehow the MAP was f'ing with the delivery of the tuned parameters. This cam seems to be a decent little cam, so I wont doubt some of us A4 guys might have some headaches. I emailed Jason @ TSP. Hopefully he can shed some light. Will check my DTC again, if it there, I will reset my MAP and should be able to have an answer within 24hrs. It does it almost everytime at this one intersection I try hitting.

Mine seems to be a grounding out problem...The 0121 and the 02 codes keep going off at the same time. Also my inline fuse for my qtec blows every time that the codes set themselves, and it seems to be happening when I go to open the qtec. We just installed the heads and cam and pulled the engine to do it. While the engine was out I painted the entire engine bay. My bet is that some of the grounds are bad now, because of the paint in the engine bay. I'm going to check for ground problems tomorrow, because I know my 02s are not bad. I ran a tech II tonight, and they are right in line, and reading just fine, which means that it must be an intermitant problem, such as grounding out.

what cam do you have?

WS6 Mike, yep sounds like a electrical prob. I would trace the QTec wiring maybe caught it when you put the engine back in.

what should my tps voltage be at WOT? I'm at 4.35v. How about at idle, I'm only at .60V?
