EFI-LIVE prices

It sucks, it's a fact, BUT...
All I can say is, if you think V6.2 is great, wait a few months....

Of course existing (and new) customers can expect the same quick and personal support and service, and this fact is NOT going to change
That's all I am going to say, so don't ask me for anything else.
Get it now at the low price, if you can!
See the website and messageboards at www.efilive.com for more information.

IMO $499 will be a fair price if EFI live is both an editor and a scanner in the future. Since it has limited temporary editing capability now, I don't see why full permanent edit capability isn't reasonable in future versions of EFI live. Just don't why it's taking so long.
If fact I was on the development team of EFI live, that's what I would be pushing for.
Hint, hint

Why would EFILive want to charge only $499 for an Editor and Scanner in the one package.
Me thinks if EFILive releases a combo program (written as well as the scanner) people would be willing to fork out more than $499?.
289.70 is also without bi-directional controls
Is their a seller cheaper the 349?
