Default EFI Systems with per cylinder fueling/spark control

Any experience with aftermarket systems with this level of control?

Looking at:

per cylinder WBO2 closed loop control
per cylinder knock control
AT(4L80E) control
dual electronic throttle control

So far the only one I have found that appears to do all of this is KAM EFI, which doesn't look to have wide usage. Holley Dominator EFI appears to have programmable per cylinder trims, but not closed loop per cylinder control. MS3-Pro can do most of this with add-on modules except no DBW. The FuelTech 500 is another runner up.

Do you plan on sticking a wide band O2 into each header pipe?

Is it not more common/easier to use EGT sensors to ensure proper balance? I don't know if there are any ECU's out there that would use the data from 8 EGT's either though.

I'd certainly be interested in seeing a setup like that.

The Holley Dominator can. Obviously this would not be used for closed loop fuel control, but only as a tuning tool.
