Common, I'd give the breakdown diag, but it's usually caused by either an air leak INTO the upstream exhaust (gasket, crack, stress opening) or just a "lazy" cat.
If you get it consistently, then it's def the former, or a dying cat.
It should clear by itself after 3 drive cyles if it does not appear again.
Blame the "Smog *****" for this one!
