Swapping front and rear O2's

Swapping front and rear O2's I have been through the entire procedure of swapping the high and low wires at the PCM harness in the hopes of making my car think that the rear O2's are now the front O2's so I don't have the use O2 extensions. I know that the last time I tuned my car I "deleted" the rear O2's. By deleted I mean that I set it to where they will not throw a code since they are not installed.
Do I need to do anything tuning-wise to make this work or are the modifications I have done to the PCM going to take care of everything? My assumption is that I have taken all the wiring that went to the front O2's and swapped it to the rear O2's so everything should be good to go.
