Edit v1.3 users, or those in the know???

Edit v1.3 users, or those in the know??? Ok, I am trying to work a few things out and had a quesiton on the PE table. If the PE table in v1.3 only uses kpa as a measure, then if my MAP to enable was at 15 and MAP Hysteresis was a 5, I would be in PE mode pretty much all the time correct? Assuming at idle I am at 9.3psi * 6.9= 64.17kpa. WTF?
I hope this is not right, or actually I hope it is, then it would answer some other quesitons about my car running the way it is.

ok, it must be in psi. I looked at a dozen other tunes, from factory stock to modded all had the same value, 15 & 5. Only value change was one of the tunes had enable rpm at 3200.
