o2 sensor problem

o2 sensor problem --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hi All
code p0154 - O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected Bank 2 Sensor 1
and p0134 - O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected Bank 1 Sensor 1
comming up all the time on my 02,LQ4 that i swap in a Jeep CJ7...
Rear sensors are deleted no cats.
I checked all Wire , new sensors, exhaust leak...
Or mounted the senors at the wrong place at the exhaust pipe or to far away from the shorty headers ? Pics added...

Do you have the right sensor plugged in the right place, somewhere there is no connection. Do you have the rear O2s plugged into your exhaust, and there is nothing in the front O2 harness.
