Default quick question about emissions. please help

i have a 97 camaro with a LT1 engine. my pcm isnt logging the miles and it will not pass inspection in texas due to everything stating not ready. i am obviously needing to get a new pcm flashed to my vin number, but they are saying i can delete all the emissions on it. egr, smog pump, 02 sensors, my question is, will it pass TX inspection that way? or would it still read not ready? i am wanting to order it in the next couple days, so any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. i know i posted this in the lt1 section but that was before i noticed this section. be gentle

Your Pcm soesn't log the milage, the dash cluster does that, the PCM only supplies the piulse. Is your camaro automatic?

yea, its automatic. guess what i meant is that its not performing the emissions test and that everytime i take it to get inspected the computer says not complete or not ready on all the emissions.

If its automatic and its shifting, there isn't an issue with the VSS (speedometer) part of the PCM, since without that signal, it would not shift the trans
What monitors are are showing as not ready?
Most of them can be set to "do not report" and it should make it through emissions

all of them. all 5 show not ready or not complete. i have driven 600 miles on the pcm before replacing the battery, i have driven 150 miles on it this time, tried to get inspection after the 600 and the 150 both times it said not ready. maybe someone already had them deleted off the pcm before i bought the car and thats why its saying not ready.
