P1153 HO2S Insufficient Switching Bank 2 Sensor 1
P1133 HO2S Insufficient Switching Bank 1 Sensor 1

From the looks of the code explanation I would say that your O2 simms are NOT working properly. I am not 100% sure about that, but from my reading of that, I gathered that the simms are not quite fooling the PCM enough to think that there is a cat in between the 2 sensors. I would try putting your old O2's back in to see it that might help. You should have had 4 before the install so try both old sets. If that does not work get the rear O2 codes deleted.
If I am wrong about this advice somebody please correct me.

Wrong. Sensor #1 on either bank is the FRONT sensor. You should have simms for the REAR sensors, not the fronts.

These codes are usually indicative of either A) exhaust leaks or, B) O2 sensors that are nearly dead and need to be replaced.

Hope that helps.

this is very common, caused by the Headers install. Headers do 2 things to cause this,
1. they run cooler because of more surface area ahead of the sensors.
2. they cause the engine to run richer again cooling the exhaust.

Cool sensors dont react as per the expected running stock condition.
I have this on my install and I just turned the code light off with LS1_Edit.

The front sensors are not heated so it is very suseptable to this condition. One solution is to put heated sensors up front. Wrapping the header is not recommended.

From what I can tell Bosch is making a killing selling sensors to guys with headers trying to get rid of these codes showing up.

but then again I could be wrong

FYI, all 4 O2 sensors are heated, not just the rear sensors.

But the rest of what you said is true.
