Well the tps reads 83%-84% everytime i go full throttle. we have tried 3 different tps sensors. all read the same. makes me think the TBSS just dont read higher than that. also if you turn the key on and hit the gas pedal( motor off) the blade opens 100%. so idk.

Any ideas?

take TPS off car leave it pluged in engine off and push sensor to WOT and see if it reaches 100%.

Nothing is wrong with it. You need to switch the pid/parameter on the scan tool to read ETC Indicated Thottle Position.
