Not sure that's the only thing left, but it's on the list and a fairly easy thing to rule out. You'll also be ruling out the software...but not the tune, assuming you load the same configuration parameters.

After those are ruled out, you're down to the wiring, sensors, injectors, coils as major probable causes.

Q1 What software package was this tuned with?

Q2 What year Operating System are you running or what is the OSID?

PCM or related issue is most likely

Wiring is fine, Ive tested it multiple times. Sensors show a good reading on the scanner and react correctly for each circumstance

Injectors were swapped, same issue

Coils swapped, same issue

1) HPTuners

2) Tune and driving log are posted on pg 2, beyond that I know nothing of of whats inside the PCM

I didn't see an HPT file on page 2

All I need is the OSID
This is very important to me so I can look up information about your calibration

I had 2 meeting this morning that took up my time.

If you get me the OSID I can look at the calibration info and see if I can find an issue.

Thanks, Pocket. It seems like there is a lot of disagreement about whether this will actually do anything, but it worked for you, and it won't hurt me to try.

Part of CASE is learning TDC. The PCM need to learn TDC and apply the offset of the sensor

I had my friend come over and try this. I am not sure if it did its thing or not (used HP tuner), but either way the situation did not improve. I went through the harness, and the only missing connection that I can find is red connector pin #79 (IAC coil A hi). No codes on the pcm. I have a hard time believing that IAC not working would be enough to make the engine not idle and run like crap, but I can't find anything else wrong (MAP, MAF, crank, cam, IAT, and TP sensors' wiring all checks out).

A faulty IAC circuit will directly affect idle quality, but wont do anything when you're moving

Once you rule out the wiring, hook up a scanner and get a live feed of all your sensors. Faulty ones will stick out. My car showed good readings for everything so it was esp frustrating. Doesnt hurt to check the basics

I have already seen that all of the sensors are showing good readings in HP Tuners, so just like your problem, that really sucks.

Does HP Tuners give any feedback if the re-learn was successful? I am still wondering if it actually re-learned.
