Default Torque specs for ECM connectors

Does anyone know what you are supposed to torque the bolts to on the two connectors on the ECM?

I have a 2002 TransAm...

It's embossed on the connector.
8 N·m
71 lb in
I use a screw driver socket tool to keep myself from over tightening them.
