editing pcm with hp tuner . os issue?
editing pcm with hp tuner . os issue? had my friend come over with his hp tuners. i have a 02 fbody pcm. we copied the pcm, licensed it and then applied the enhanced tuning stuff (2bar speed density) did our editing to the file, then when we went to write back to the pcm it said the os were not compatible....i dont understand how the os cant be the same when the file we were trying to upload was just an edited version of the file we copied from the pcm...any suggestions? we are going to email hpt in the morning.
2 bar is a custom operating system and to write a different operating system to your pcm you must perform a write entire as clearly outlined in our help file www.hptuners.com/help
