VE and AFR question

Is there a direct link when changing the two tables? What I'm trying to say is, when you multiply your AFR after installing new/larger injectors is there ball park/similar figure to multiply your VE table by? After installing my bosch 42# injectors I was told to multiply my stock values(3.18) by 160-170%, so is there a safe number to multiply my VE table by? Hope this makes sense and thanks for any help.
