Default Looking for a good OBDII scan setup

I want a scan setup that will do all obd2 cars I just want to be able to scan and log and read and clear codes. Would be nice to have a good gui with customizable gauges.
I found this setup http://www.obd2allinone.com/ but not sure what else is out there. The obd2allinone can auto detect the obd2 protocol I did like that feature. If I got that I would also then want to get some really good software.
If anyone has experience with this let me know. I do have a laptop with USB but not serial.

Autotap will let you do gauges, charts and graphs. It lets you export comma delimited data that you can import into Excel and perform detailed analysis.
