Not always true. I've done many that did not set the 1336 code, so no relearn was required and the only way to gaurentee that it wouldn't need a relearn is to only reflash the calibration, if they did a complete write to the PCM, it had just as much of a chance of needing a relearn, as putting ib a differant PCM. I'd go to Frost, before going to Pcm4Less
PS Your vehicle will start even if a CASE is required, in fact it needs to run in order to do one
I sent mine into Frost after I got headers installed. I had a extra PCM that I sent into to tune and I didn't need to do the crank relearn when. It looks like you are just south of me, so if you need to borrow my extra PCM let me know.
