E-Mail order tuning?

I have seen Mail order tuning, where you mail your ECU in for a flash and re-install it in the car, any body offer E-mail order tuning where the tuner can Email the customer a EFI Live or .HPT file for the customer to up load?

Do you have the software/cord to flash it? Why not just tune it yourself?
