HP tuner. unable to open file? trying to open a new file and i am getting the message..

It means that your version of HPTuner's is OLDER than the one used to make the file that you are trying to open.
Send an email to support asking for access to the latest beta. Include your serial number. They will make it available for download on your customer login page on their site.
