LS2 PCM - Controlling Fans Issue I have an E40 PCM. Hptuners. I have my fans wired to a single relay. The PCM fan output going to a pole on the relay. I have 12v running to the corresponding pole. My understanding is that the PCM is supposed to provide a ground whenever the fans are to turn on.
My HP Tuner settings, I have switched to Discrete. Then in the Fan table I have everything zero'd out under 200 degrees F.
My fans are on 100% of the time when the car is on, i'm not really sure why. Am I missing something?

It's the A/C pressure sensor, or lack of.
You either tune it out in HP Tuners. "AC Refrigerant pressure sensor", or you can simulate a pressure sensor as follows:
The pressure sensor wires are:
C1-55 : GND
C1-30 : 5v ref/feed
C1-26 : Sensor signal/return voltage
Make a voltage divider out of two resistors (2.2k + 4.9k will do), using C1-55 and C1-30 for the divider, and feed the 1.55v from the centre of the two resistors back into C1-26.
