what you really want to do is get a wideband, and run your car to determine where knock hits. there's alot of factors that come into play.. Is your car stock, bolt ons, cam, cam and heads, etc.......
Its not just your main stock tables that add to your performance, and just because it works well on one car doesnt mean it will work right with your car

I have one for a green car, but it will not work in your orange one JK
The table working great in one car will not always work good in another, ven gas quality will effect how much timing you can run.
You need to log and tweek your own vehicle
