Idle issues, cant do the idle lol

Idle issues, cant do the idle lol I cant seem to tune my idle in park/neutral.
Mods in sig.
I have a Road Runner PCM with real time tuning with efi live.
I got my desired idle air flow down in park/neutral and the gears.
The idle is all over the place when cold or warm. When I turn the car on it idles fines, it fluctuates up and down then it calms down. I dont touch it. I cant rev it ever, because it would be all over the place if I do. So every day that I use my car I turn it on, let it warm up for 2 mins, then i put in d or R. This is really getting annoying because I want my idle to be fine.
Ive checked for vacuum leaks but none are found.
Also when I put the car into R it wants to die. But it doesn't, but if I give it gas in R and let go it dies. Just like the IDLE.
