Idle VE tuning seems to be wrong....

Idle VE tuning seems to be wrong.... I am tuning the idle range of the VE table and keeps pushing the numbers lower each time when I paste the LTFT histogram with cell values ranging from -7 to -10 everytime. Have not seen other tunes show these low of numbers. I have attached the last tune and VE tables. I smoothed the values but does not seem right. I think I may have a pump issue based on other problems. Would a "bad" pump cause this to happen also?
Do you have your MAF unpluged? If not, it's not turned off in the tune and VE tuning is pretty much useless if the MAF is working.
Where did you get the crazy PE numbers? Has this car been "dyno tuned"? Also your idle timing is way high.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record when it comes to idle tuning. What is the IBPW during idle?
If you are hitting a min pw limit, no matter what you correct the cylinder airmass to in the VE table you will always be rich.
