Tunercat error message

I'm trying to open a .bin file of a email tune in tunercat. I downloaded and installed the $EE definition file and when I try and open the tune to look at the tables it pops up this "Run-time error '339'
Component 'Spin32.ocx' or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid" and then when I click OK it closes the program???

Try re-installing Tunercat.
