Knock sensors I just had a si5 cam and zo6 heads put into a 1998 trans am and when it was on a dyno it would not change the timing at all. My tuner said its because my knock sensors keep telling the pcm that knock is occuring even thought we know for a fact there is no knock. what can i do to stop the knock sensors from sending this false information? i head you can turn down the sensitivity but that option still eats up some horsepower.
