HELP! i cant get efilive to work...

HELP! i cant get efilive to work... ok i got efilive pro in the mail today from thunder racing. it came with efilive v5 so i installed it, but when i go to register it says "some of the registration details you have entered are not correct". i entered the serial number, type, and registration code exactly as it appeared in the registration certificate. I called tech support and the guy told me to try downloading V6 and using the same code there, but that didnt work. i called back but their offices are closed. if i continue without registering it the program can connect to the car so i know its working, i just cant register it to unlock the other features. can anyone help me in the meantime? thanks!
ps. where it says "Liscenced to: ", am i just supposed to put in my name? that is the only parameter that isnt listed on the certificate, so i just figured you can put whatever in there

The V5 software key and the V6 are completely differrent - you need to get a V6 key direct from www.efilive.com. I will forward this over to them right now for you.
Make sure your caps lock is off, and you enter the data EXACTLY as shown on the registration - caps, hyphens, and spaces, and your name EXACTLY as shown on your receipt or invoice - no abbreviations or whatever...

well i got their reply today...turns out that my kit came with V5 on CD, but my key was actually for V6. so tehy gave me another key (in case i want to use V5), and now both versions work perfectly, thank you all for the help!!!

ps make sure your serial is 12 digits. if it isnt, just add zeroes to the front until its 12 digits
