Default Developed a miss and lean Bank 2, HELP!

I have developed a miss. My setup is a 408, on e85, with a turbo.

I attached a few of my scan files. I noticed last weekend a slight miss on part throttle and started to notice Bank 2 start to lean out (number increase to 25) wanting to add fuel. I figured it was an infamous o2 sensor.
I replaced it, problem was the same. Switched bank 1 and bank 2, problem the same.

As a little background, its a new setup i was doing some WOT testing with higher boost. One pull last week seemed to jerk a few times at WOT, was fine after...Not sure if this is related or not.
At first problem seemed to clear up at WOT but now is missing at both part and full throttle.

Anyway....

Did a compression check on all 8 cylinders and all were close to 150psi.
Ohmed out all 8 injectors, all were the same 2.8ohms. Ohmed out the injector harness just to see if there was a discrepancy, all consistent.....

Any other ideas?

I didnt see anything wrong with the o2 wiring.... Could always look closer.

Can always swap all four injectors from side to side, inspecting if they are clean...

I just feel like itll be something easy...

Since you were worried about an O2 sensor problem, I am assuming you are running it in closed loop... If so, first thing I would do is put it in open loop and clear the trims - see if the problem goes away... If so, you have an exhuast leak or wiring/O2 issue giving a false lean signal and adding unneeded fuel. Depending on what operating system you are running in the PCM, it may be carrying over the fueling from the trims to WOT (some do that if they have posative trims indicating lean)...

What plugs are you running? What gap? Maybe you fouled them out dumping all that fuel on one bank...

B8EFS, .027 gap roughly, they seemed fine when i checked them.

I ran the car in open loop, problem is still there.
Even at idle in gear the bank 2 keeps wanting to add fuel and my wideband goes lean until it dies. Does fine when in park and idiling, doesnt like the extra load.

I will take the passenger injectors out and look them over. If i dont see anything unusual i will switch them to the driver side and see if the problem goes with them.

Not sure what else to do at this point, i am guessing its a fuel delivery issue.

Either somethings plugged or not firing properly.

Yep, with that detail, it sounds like fuel delivery on that bank. Your on the right track - rail, injectors, wiring, versafueler... good luck tracking it down!

Well I swapped injectors from bank to bank.

The problem seemed to switch sides. I saw no visual problem or plug on any of them but I would say something is wrong with at least one injector.

See attached file.

Same LTFT issues but on the other side.

Now i have to figure out who can check/test injectors.

Do you think its an electrical issue with the injector?

Getting closer!

Don't have HPtuners, so I can't look at your log.

There are several places you can send the injectors off to in order to get them tested - but you may want to go back to whoever you got them from if they are new... If not new, do a search or put up a post on flow testing injectors in the fuel section. Don't know who to send you to myself...

Kinda hard to say exactly what it is, but your narrowing it down...

1 injector flowed fine
The other three were gummed up, significantly less flow 20-30% IIRC.
Jeff with Acceleronics got 2 of the three right back up to the flow and the other lagged roughyl 8%. I had him replace that one with a close matched one.
Jeff put in a long night to get my stuff done and its being shipped back to me by friday so i can race saturday.
Wow, I highly recommend doing business with Jeff, customer service is second to none.
I will have my other four checked out in the near future, ill keep a good eye on them in the meantime.
Thanks for all the help guys.
