Default Wiring diagram for under the dash.

I don't know if I need it, unless someone can tell me what this blue wire runs. This is on a 1999 Camaro

For reference, this is where the wire is located under the dash. Under the steering wheel just left of it.

The wire used to run hot once ignition was on. I spliced into it, and now it does not have any power going to it, and all fuses look good.

Thanks for any help.

I might be wrong..but I though if you tied the blue in with the yellow....your fog lights would stay on along with you lowbeams when you turned on your high beams....I did that for a friend once...just can't remember what the colors where.

So maybe the blue wire is Fog lights?

What other message board does Guido frequent? I haven't talked to him in years. He changed his phone number and I have no way of getting ahold of him. Wouldn't mind seeing how he's doing. Shoot me a PM if you want.
