FAST programmer issue

FAST programmer issue Bought a new FAST reprogrammer for my 99 z28. Car was running fine before use. First i put in the hiperf tune and stiffened up the shifts. It had a flat spot from 2-3000 rpm but above 3000 it seemed like it really picked up a lot.. Went to the hiperf 93 octane tune and it had the same thing. Today put it back to stock and guess what, the flat spot is still there. Is this something the reprogrammer did, or is there something else that could be causing this? Car only has a flowmaster cat back, air lid, and ssra air intake. Getting a set of 3.73's installed tomorrow and bought it mainly for the speedometer correction. I'm fairly new to EFI stuff so any input is appreciated. thanks
