how to get service engine soon light out?

i remember yrs ago i disconnected the battery and pulled pcm fuse?my cars a 2002 camaro ss cam/full bolt on tuned is there a certain way to get the light out?

Fix the problem that causes the light. Pulling the battery only resets things until the car is started again.

no matter what i do the light always seems to come on been like this for years everytime i go for a retune it seems to come on within a week of use

Depending on the code it sets, may not be the tuning. Not EVERYTHING wrong with a car is the tuning. Likely something needs repaired correctly.

yea i no i gotta see what code pops up when i get a chance.to get the light out do i pull the battery cables off and then pull the pcm fuse that should be like resetting it with a scan tool right?
