Drivers side o2 going nuts.
I did a comp test, all at 155 on that side. New plugs, pulled each wire while running and got spark. Ideas?
Also at idle the Advance is all over, from 10-20.
If an injector is plugged will the computer throw a code?
How can I test for an injector?
Not normal behavior in closed loop. There's a problem in that bank.
Run the test on your passenger bank, WOT. Read the plugs while they're out, use your Ohm meter to test resistance on all 4 plug wires, and report back.
Jumping around a few degrees is normal, but I've not seen a PCM config with 10deg advance anywhere in the idle area.
With the O2 sensor flat-lined at 700mV, it's more likely you have a cylinder not firing at all. Either due to ignition problem or stuck-open injector. Also possible the sensor has failed, but I usually see them stuck at 0.xxx mV (electronic failure) or ~950mV (coolant contamination).
Run the tests above and let us know what you find.
Pulled the injectors and dropped them off at a test/clean company.
Are you holding the throttle wide open while spinning the engine during your compression test?
Yes, it's a boosted car so thats the lower compression.

It was HP tuned a few years ago if that matters on the advance. A stuck injector may cause the o2 to change advance?
Most laptop scanners can read the Cylinder Misfire History data for each of the 8 cylinders, that might narrow things down.
I have HP tuners and just started using it, will that read misfire history?

New o2.
I assumed the fluctuation was the bad side and checked for spark, all was good. I didn't check the other side but will after work.
Side note, I have a WB o2 on the side that you guys say is wrong. It was reading rather high 16. I did just install that sensor though so I can't say how it compares. If a stuck injector would that side read rich and not lean, or would this lead to a not firing cylinder.?
Thanks
I use EFILive so I'm not sure if HPT has it, probably does. Should be 8 PIDs you'll want to scan, one for each cylinder. Make sure and get the History one, not the Current one.
