Will hypertech proggrammer do the trick? I am in the proccess of installing a hotcam,1:6rr,edlebrock shorties with y pipe,mild head work,trans shift kit and 2600rpm stall converter on my 94 LT1.My question is will the hypertech be aqble to take care of all my tuning needs>oh also have 3:73 and cold air kit

No. And your A4 car will not idle with a hot cam without custom tuning. You're not going to see much gain with that 2600 verter either.
You already have 1.7:1 rocker arms stock. I think you need to do a lot more research first.

With an A4 its hard to get by with the hotcam. So you will need tunning. The handheld programmers wont cut it. Ls1 edit,Dyno tune or a custom tune are the best bets. I would suggest a higher LSA cam, if you dont want to pay for tunning..
