Question Does a Dead Battery = Lost Program

I only drive my car about once a week in the winter months, sometimes less.
If the battery goes dead from sporadic use will I lose the tune on the PCM? The car has a blower and gettin my tuner to re-tune would be a pain.

I think I'm safe but wanted to ask around and this is the place with the best awnsers.

Thanks in advance...
