speed density or dyno tuned?
my mods are in sig finishing up my build within the next week and i dont know which tune i should go with. i really dont know to much about speed density tunes either. which would be more benefitial for me and make me the most power. how much do speed density tunes normally run? also future mods would be upgrading my heads, intake from manifold to lid and also some nitrous if any of that matters.

use the dyno to find out what spark and fuel combo your setup really likes...
spend a few hours on it...not just a few pulls...
do it on a loaded dyno with an inertia brake that will allow steady state tuning if you can.
then once you know what the car likes...take it to the street/track and correct your VE/MAF tables to match real world airflows using a wideband
you dont necessarily have to go SD...but you do have to tune it on the street after you use the dyno or its going to be lean...

No need to go SD with that setup... You need to find a good tuner. Someone who will completely tune it from idle on up with a wideband, not just throw it on a dyno for a couple pulls and send you away with poor idle and driveability...
