Default Ignition/accessory wiring problem

I just did a A4 to M6 swap on my '98 and now have a problem with my my ignition. When I turn the car off and remove the key the windows, radio, and all accessorys work. When I place the key into the accessory location the car is in the off position. Has anyone had this problem, possibly just fliping a connector??

Thank you

Well, if it is ignition related, the only connector I can think of is on the A4 trans range switch, which would prevent the car from starting in any gear except park or neutral. As far as pwr to the accessories, the only module which allows pwr to them when the car is off is the retained power accessory module. Not sure why you would have NO power in the "acc" keyed position. Something must be grounded out somewhere.

Also thinking of swap related issues, the TCC from your brake pedal should now be a sensor on your clutch pedal and should be switched 12+ and when you push your clutch, should be open connection. Might also be something to check.
