Rev Limiter?

Rev Limiter? Let me tell you what I have and you tell me what I should do. I have a 2000Z28 with a Century 4L60E Transmission with shift kit, royal purple and a 3200 Vigilante Converter. The problem is Im hitting the rev limiter on the 2-3 shift I have the rev limiter set on at 6200 and off at 6190. My shift points are set at 5250 because I was trying to get it to shift sooner so it wouldnt hit the limiter. I have a Diablo Predator and can change somethings. What would you do?
