Default starting problems....

I have the Fast 102 and had a vacuum leak, the car would start and idle, cept that the idle was at about 1500 to 1600 give or take in park. Removed intake and installed new seal between upper and lower part of the intake, and followed per manufactures instructions.

Now since I have finished the car will not stay running, it fires up but then dies after a few seconds. You can pedal the car some but with the same results and dies.

The car runs on MAP and is tuned, if the car was tuned with the leak and remove the leak is it possible that is the reason it will not stay running.

Any information would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Try retuning the motor now that the leak is fixed. That will definitely change the idle.

Check your Commanded Fuel When Cranking, depending on software you can look in the repository and see different values, my car did the same thing and it was due to my values being extremely high (way to rich on start-up). Just a thought?
