Did I kill my MAF? ...LS1
So I accidentally wired up 12v going to the heater element at ALL times instead of only when the ignition was on, causing the MAF element to constantly be "hot" for many days in a row.
I finally got my ls1 Miata running and noticed it's running like crap, won't idle etc...
After 5 miles of driving it threw the following codes:
P0102 mass air flow circuit low
P0103 mass air flow circuit high
P0134 low 02s activity bank 1 sensor 1
The MAF wiring has now been fixed, but do guys think I damaged it?
Why did it pop a 02 code?
Info on motor:
99' LS1 with 99' PCM/harness
LS6 intake with NEW injectors, throttle body, IAC motor, TPS sensor.
TSP 228R cam kit with pushrods/valvesprings
The car has been driven 5 miles since I got it running, and has NOT BEEN TUNED yet!!!
Any ideas? Thanks
