use hypertech with a custom tune also?
use hypertech with a custom tune also? i have a hypertech tuner im selling. i have hptuners now and dont need it. only thing ive done with it before was read code. i have a guy that wants to buy it to read codes, possibly change shift points, and re-calculate gears/tires. he has a custom tune. would this mess up his custom tune. what about if he registers it to his car, then his tuner re-loads his tune?
also-how do i KNOW this thing is unlocked? would i be able to plug it into my car and itll say something like "register this car?" or something? i know the last time i plugged it in, it said "your vin...XXXXXXX"
