Damage car? How bad is it to drive un tuned.
02 LS1 with hooker headers, true duals, lid, ported TB. Only engine mods, will it hurt it?

The LTFTs will compensate for any minor leaning out from minor "efficiency" mods like headers, exhaust. You might be off at WOT,and a tune will probably give you a little more performance, but you shouldn't hurt anything becasue you should be rich at WOT if anything.
It's when you get into cams, heads that you need to have some major tuning done to enhance drivability and WOT.
