Im doing a ls1 with either a 4l60 or 4l80e in a mustang fox body coupe and was wondering when I buy a computer does it have to be a computer from an automatic car or can it be from a 6 speed car? Can the changes be made when tuning to make the 6 speed computer work?

Yes, a manual computer can have an auto tune flashed into it.(They are the same computer, just different calibrations)

I have these: http://www.tunedbyfrost.com/products_pcm01.htm
Add programming to that and you are good to get up and running.

frost if i get one of those computers from you, i can get an engine harness from any of those vehicle listed below in the link?
how about a harness from a newer truck? everything on that list stops at 2002. would one from a 03-06 truck work? or is there a reason to only go up to an 02?
new to the pcm world sorry for all the questions. just want to make sure i get the right computer and harness.
