Default Tune ok?

My car has a TR224 cam 112lsa, Unported 243 Heads, .040 head gaskets and the usual bolt-ons. My car since it was tuned has ran rough with the A/C on. A few times its even died in the middle of a turn. From time to time it will also hang/idle up around 1500-3000rpms for no reason. This happens most of the time after you give it a good rev or after you push in the clutch in after you where cruising with the cruise control on the freeway. Lastly it will just not want to idle sometimes right after start-up. I know some of this issues are just because it has a cam but since a 224 cam is fairly small Im thinking that part of it is the tune also. Would this be considered normal for a car like mine? The car was street tuned using a wideband 02 but was never put onto a dyno its also a m6 car. Could these issues effect power?

some stuff sounds a little off on the tune. however, i am no professional tuner so im just trying to help. Im pretty sure it wont hurt power since when you enter WOT it goes into PE mode and goes off different tables. My car does the high idle thing after i press the clutch in randomly but only to about 1300rpms. 3000rpms seems pretty high.

The idle air motor could be getting stuck. Have you cleaned the TB/IAC lately with intake cleaner?

you need to look at your tune, just because it has a cam doesn't mean you're going to have issues. Sounds like idle airflow is off.

Well I cleaned it about a year ago but I suppose I could clean it out again. It started doing this after the cam/heads install so thats why Im thinking it could be the tune. It doesn't do this stuff all the time but it never did these things before I installed the cam. thx btw guys

i have the same cold start idle / ac idle problems as you. my cam is a smaller cam 228/230. it's all in your tune. i took my car back to the tuner and they agreed that it's tune related. take it back to your tuner and have them take a second look at it for you.
