Default VE table does nothing?????

Im trying to tune my 99 vette w/ HP Tuners.

MAF fail is set to 0
I went through the whole list of things to do (not sure where I got it) to tune the VE table first...
No matter what I do to it the a/f doesnt change.

My WB is correct because the car is pig rich and wont change. I dropped the VE table down to 10% of what it was and still same rich.

The 99 has a secondary VE if you are using an OEM OS. The car uses the secondary VE and the Low Octane timing table in SD (again, with the OEM OS).

You have to tune the secondary, copy into the primary, and then interpolate.
