Question Ltb2 +25

Ok here's what happened. I went to the lake for the weekend a while back. Car drove fine there. I parked it at the house and had my lake fun. When it was time to head home I jumped in the car and headed back home. I notices a violent vibration from 1500-2500 rpm range. (Idles fine, vibration goes away after 2500, but the car runs like a pig now) I get home plug in HP tuners and saw that my LTB2 was in red and sittign at +25. O2s are staying at the same number area not bouncing around like I'm use to seeing. I took the O2s and switched them side to side, nothing changed so I took all of the B1 and B2 injectors and swaped sides (and put all new O-rings on). Nothing changed. I have checked for intake leaks and exhaust leaks and there is none. I put new plugs and wires in. Plugs showed the signs of running lean but also looked to have extra fuel on them.. I checked all the valve springs and rockers and there fine.

I'm not sure where to go from here.

Specs on car. MS4 cam, no cats, deleted rear O2's, kooks headers & Ypipe,
